At Dhaka Property Rental Management we provide our clients with outstanding service with low fees. There are no hidden charges. There is never a start up or administration fee. There are no hidden fees for repairs to your property. We pay for all advertising and marketing.
The first month of management is free (residential). If your property is not rented, we don't get paid. The following is a summary of our fees:
Single Family Residential
Our leasing fees is the first month's rent, up to a maximum of $1000.00 or BDT 83,000 TK
Our monthly fee for management is only per month 8% of the rent.*
